Help (email address not recognised)
I bought limewire pro last year and got a new computer and wanted to re download it but when i put my email in it say it is not the right one but thats the email they sent my reciept to

Did you buy from the official site Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent «? If you bought Pro last year, you would've been entitled to 6 months worth of free updates & email support (the 1 year deal wasn't offered until later this year).
So...your Pro benefits would be way out of date & so your email address wouldn't be in the database any more. It's up to the user to save & back up any installers that they download while their Pro benefits are current.
