Pro problems
I purchased lime wire pro ages ago, and recently formatted my pc, went to reload pro and the website doesnot recognise my email address, its an old address, but im 100% it is the correct email i used when i brought the product. i payed via paypal at the time. any ideas?

If you bought Pro ages ago, chances are your email address isn't recognised because it's not in the database anymore (email addresses stay in the database while the user's Pro benefits are current).
In the past, buying Pro entitled you to 6 months worth of free updates & email support. There's now a 1 year deal. After your time of free updates runs out, you're no longer able to download a free version of Pro.
