putting the downloaded songs onto itunes

I had Limewire before but uninstalled it and now I downloaded again and I completely forgot how exactly to find the downloaded songs from Limewire and put them on iTunes. I'm pretty sure it was to go to File>Add File to Library and then drag all the songs and click OK. But now I don't know how to find the songs in the files.
