newb!!!!!!!!!!! (individually shared files)

i accidentaly pressed the refresh button in my library and now all my downloads are going streight to a new folder called "individually shared files"why is it doing this and how do i stop it???!!?!?? i also remember doing somthing in configure folders thing that popped up and i dont know what it was.HELP!!!!!!
