Lost my Pro Connection when system had to be rebooted with windows

Hello,

I am new at this forum. However, I have a problem. My computer had a virus and I needed to restore windows. However, when I did this I lost my limewire pro and now I can't get it back. I emailed limewire and received no reply. I paid the one time fee of 21.95 2 years ago. How do I get it back without having to repay another fee.
