Limewire Pro subscription but can't get in

Hi,

I subscribed with Limewire Pro just over a year ago. Now I need to download Limewire again as my computer dumped about six months ago. I am finally getting around to re-installing Limewire. Limewire is not recognizing my past two email addresses. I am unable to go any further in their system. This is frustrating as I signed up and paid for Limewire Pro but it will not allow me in. Does anyone out there know how I can get assistance with this?
