The good news is, it can be fixed! It happened to me when I got my first version about two years ago. Unfortunatey, its been so long ago I dont remember how I fixed the problem. I did so many things, ie.. settings, options, firewalls etc..I cant remember waht worked! I just joined the forum tonight btw. I've got some problems as well, but first you have to get connected!
