Default lost ACTIVE dl's

I can't reinstate my active dl's after installing avg anti virus. I have found the file where they are..but can't figure out how to restart them. I'm gonna try dragging now, after that I'm out of ideas! Please help if you can.

Go to Library window. Select incomplete folder, select the files inside and press Resume, this will force them back into Download window.

Try the Resume on your main Download window underneath. Need to select the files before it will allow you to resume them.

That is odd. Are you sure you are selecting the actual files. ___ Alternative is start afresh: Tip: Purge the Downloads Queue! (click on blue link)

Ok, just to confuse you even more...they are not in incomplete files they are in shared folder, sub titled incomplete. What I did was.... searched for the missing files which had disappeared from my dl list, found them in a folder called incomplete & moved this folder to my shared folder.. That makes me a right moron then, correct?? I've tried exiting LW & seeing if they would reload but they didn't. You think I should just re-search them? It would have been quicker I realise now! Cheers much 4 all ur help. x

ah ... yes that's not the way LW works. They need to remain in the incomplete folder. And any move should be done whilst LW is closed. Most important. The most important files are the download.dat and download.bak files ... they contain the history of the downloads .. without them ... the incomplete files are almost useless. They must only be returned to the incomplete folder whilst LW is closed ... else LW will wipe their data history.
