Shared files come up with "dial up"

I just added a bunch of songs and noticed they came up with "dial up" as the speed. Is there any way to change this?

You can only hope that whomever has the files you want will switch to something faster. Meanwhile, try to choose sources that list a faster speed.

It might just be a bug in the later versions (ie files showing as dial up for you, but not for whoever's downloading the file). You can check the speed of uploads by clicking on the 'Monitor' tab & seeing how fast uploads are going. Check out the thread at this other forum (where the developers hang out) & add to that thread if you like
