I Cant Use Limewire Anymore!!!!!!!!! (firewall detected)

Someone Please Help!! My Limewire Wont Download Any Files Because It Detects A Firewall But I Went Into My Controll Panell And Turned Off My Firewall. I Also Uninstalled And Reinstalled Limewire Two Times And Still Nothing Happened. What Else Should I Do??????? I Need My Limewire To Work Again!!!!!
