The speed that I download at is sporadic to. Sometimes one host computer is more busy than another. Im not sure but I think sometimes ISP’s throttle our bandwidth if they see a certain IP address using a great deal, this only is temporary. Saves them money. When you first turn on the comp get limewire going and start the DL's early.
