Virus's etc

Hi all

My first time posting… so excuse me if this has been said before.

I used to use Kaaza years ago, then changed to Limewire (infrequent use of both), but it seems now that whenever I search for just about anything, about 90% or more of the results are just virus files.

Why are there so many in existence, and why don’t people delete them from their sharing folders?

Also, I still run the free Limewire, would I be better off buying the Pro version?

Hey wud up!This also is my first time posting.I been using limewire Pro for over 6 years and never ever had problems until now.No matter what I download it's almost always a virus(trojans).What the hell is going on here?It used to be the koolest thing around,to be able to get what ever song/band I was looking for.On top of the mega variety of porn.Now it's all gone to crap.What gets me is that limewire tells you never download anything unless it has a limelink displayed.Huh?Never ever have I seen limewire use that in 6 years!!!!Limelink sounds good but where the hell is it?Like I said I been using Pro now for 6 years and lately almost every file I download is a virus.So don't waste your money.Later gator!

Have you ever used Bitzi to check to see whether the file is good?
