Hello and help (connecting)

Good evening all.
I have a problem with getting limewire to work. I am running limewire 4.18 on an xp system with a commodo fire wall. In the bottom left hand corner of limewire are 5 little red boxes on the older version they use to turn green but at the min they just sit there red. Any advice?

Insanity is paying 13.95 to download and install Limewire Pro only to be able to use it for two weeks, the having it crash!
Emailing tech. support and getting no reply!
Waiting all weekend to get the jerks on phone support to talk to you only to be told that the 13.95 version has no support and that for me to be able to use Lime Pro again I would have to send them 14.95 more and load a "f"ing update!"
So I say to myself... why not just load a basic Lime , to which I attempted
but now every basic download I try says it's corrupted after loading and installing them!!!!!!!!!
From one insane person to another...got any ideas on this one?????

go to the official limewire site and download the pro version on the 2nd page you should see at the top of the page already bought pro click in your email address and your full version should start downloading also some users who use the basic version seem to get alot of viruses hope this was helpful
