Advice needed (emailing tech support)
Hi all.
I sent a email to support about a week ago, and still have not had a reply, is this normal???? my question relates to renewing subscription to limeware pro. and help will be apprecaited! thanks

I think they get pretty boged down with emails. give it some time, they will get back to you eventually....
May I suggest my opinion on updating you Pro....Dont the free version is just as good...
