Lost Pro after wiping HDD

I'm new to this blog site, so this may not be the correct place for my concern, but after reading about Suzanna's problem, I have a simular problem. I had purchsed the old Limewire two years ago, and when I had to wipe my hard-drive clean, I lost the account. I just resently was "somewhat" forced to purchase the new Limewire Pro just to voice my concern about my delima. I just feel that I shouldn't of had to purchase to new Limewire Pro when I already had the old one. Can anyone assist me with getting some satisfaction.

2 years ago, there was only the option to buy Pro for 6 months...which meant that you could download free Pro installers for 6 months. Whatever installers you downloaded during that time were/are yours to use for as long as you like.

Once your Pro benefits had run out (ie after 6 months), you would have had to buy Pro again to download newer installers.

We don't work for LW, but it's up to the user to save & back up any Pro installers downloaded. LW don't keep old installers available for download.

This time, just make sure that you save your installer(s)
