Your LW downloads are automatically saved to your hard drive

In LW, go tools > options > saving & you'll see the path of your saved folder.

If you go to LW's library, click on Saved Files, highlight a file & then click Explore (bottom left of the screen)... your saved folder will open for you. If you want to add downloads to your mp3 player, add them from this saved folder
