I purchased limepro version 4.12.6 in aug 2006, however when i attempt to contact customer support i get a msg that my email address is incorrect. But i know its is. How can i contact customer support if i keep getting that error msg?

Your email gets deleted from their database, once your update subscription runs out. If purchased in 2006, that would be 6 months i.e. long gone.

This forum is much better than any customer support they can provide, so try posting your problem in the appropriate section in the Limewire section.

I will be moving this, since it's in wrong section. The forum you posted in is for Phex. Phex is another Gnutella client, which you might want to look into.

I deleted that other thread of yours, which was also in Phex section. From the looks of it Download/Upload section in Limewire section is the correct forum for you. But you really need to post a little more detail or you won't get any proper help.
