 Try using Vuze and in option check "enable lazy bitfield" and also require encryption RC4. These can be found under Tools->Options-> Transfer (lazy bitfield) and Tools-> Options-> Conection -> Transport Encryption (Encryption) If that doesn't work, then either your port for Vuze is blocked (this can be checked under Tools->NAT/Firewall test) or your ISP is using effective measures to block BitTorrent traffic.  |
