why cant limewire reconize common english names?

for instance i searched .amber ,all i got were music files,nothing else



any help is welcome

If you spell correctly, it sometimes helps for LW to find english spelled words.

Not sure what you're searching but sometimes you need to improvise with your searches. Also if nobody is online with any such file, less chance of there being any results.
Keep in mind LW cannot search the entire gnutella network. Under the gnutella search rules, only a portion of the network can be searched in a given search. Maximum Horizon of LW or a Gnutella client program & also this one How does it really work?
