GOOD. Because you apparently can't answer my question anyway. I know what I had and when ever we signed on to LW for the last "3+" years the system "NEVER" said anything about " UPDATING"
My post before this one is my question. Not some stupid "Subscription" That's my argument with LW!

Only people "WHO KNOW" how to get in touch with LW without using the email address that was used to set it up only need to reply to my thread.

I'm not SLOWWWWWWW or STUPIDDDDDDDDD. I just would like some intelligent person to help me.

If there is NO WAY, then I would just like for someone to tell me that LW has no customer support system to help their customer who have lost their information.
