Hi, my name is Dawn and my problem is............I downloaded limewire,it was working fine but then i started having trouble with internet explorer. so i did what any comp beginner would do and called the pc help hotline. They told me to restore the system. i did. now i have lost my lime wire icons and cant get them back. when i log on to lime wire support it asks for my email then tells me it is not correct. ive tried every adress that i can possibly think i might have used.please help

If you have Pro, you would have received an email from them. Check your email for past such emails. Pro support only lasts for 6 months unless you purchased their 12 month support, or their limited version with no support.

Try reinstalling LW using 'this' offline version: http://www9.limewire.com/download/LimeWireWin-full.exe. This is the LW Basic version however. Perhaps you need to check when you purchased pro as to whether you are able to get another copy.
