Do you mean that you want to uninstall LW, or delete files from LW's library??

For songs to play in iTunes, they need to be saved somewhere on your HDD. Otherwise, iTunes won't be able to play the files.

If you want to uninstall LW then you need to make sure that your saved folder isn't within LW's program files (some people save their files there for some reason). Because your saved files would be deleted when you uninstall LW.
