Administrator LimeWire to itunes Ipod

I have tried to search posts all over the net to try and figure out how to get the song I downloaded from Limewire that did go directly to my itunes in a "Administrator LimeWire Itunes" folder to my ipod. I can not click and drag and have tried to move them in a folder (not sure I get that) but am having NO luck!! please help!!!
