I'm not sure.

I am surprised you still have the incomplete file. Unlike LW 4, normally when you Stop/Cancel a downloading file this action also deletes the incomplete file. Perhaps the latest version has changed this action, however, LW 5 does not have any form of resume options.

Whilst you could temporarily downgrade to LW 4 to resume the incomplete file, it will most likely cause it to start from zero %.
