This if for LW 5 only:

Drag file(s) from Library to the playlist icon. It does not give visual impression of being dragged but the file will become listed in the playlist if you drag it to the list icon.
Alternatively, right-click the file in Library & choose Add to List. You need to have created a List first of course. :) Sample image below shows different options. #3 of sample image shows right-clicking the actual playlist. In #4 in sample image, you could of course drag & drop to the List icon instead from the Library. In #5 of sample is showing choosing multiple files. #6 of sample image is the playlist. Playlists can be audio or video.

Dear Lord of the Rings, you are awesome in finding me an answer. When I click on add files, a box comes up that only has a fraction on my songs in there and it says "Look in" and then it lists "saved". Im not that computer savy...but this is probably a saved file of some of my music somewhere else. How do I get to my full library list? :-)

Click on the Library tab, click on audio type tab. Select the files you wish to have in the play List via selecting each whilst holding down the Control key. Once all selected, right-click any of those selected & choose Add To list. If you find that difficult then do one file per time.

I didn't have a close look at the Add files option, I am guessing it means select from hard disk drive adding new shares rather than selecting from Library.

which old lw 4.- version has the "enqueue" option?

Hi LotR! thanks for your input - could you just tell me which of the LW 4. versions has the enqueue option so I can reinstall it?? thats my favorite feature!! i dont mind slower downloads or less virus protection (got a good one already!) the "latest" LW 4. version that has "enqueue" I am not very tech savvy, but I found your post on how to download, just want input on the best V 4. to use.....thanks....
;)

I thought most LW 4 versions had the enqueue option but my memory might be wrong. I'd recommend 4.16.7 if you wish to use LW 4 instead of LW 5. See LimeWire 4 versions to find a download link. :)
