well take a look at the sheer volume of t1 and t3 connections. how many people do you know that have a personal T1 or T3 in their home? Now since 0 was the answer figure that IF they even have a T connection they are on a campus and they are sharing it with thousands of other people. basicly sure they "may" have a T1/3 but they are really only hitting 5-10kbps stream. In other words ppl are morons and they dont know how to do math (i have dsl if i was networked with 10 ppl and we where all downloading we would probibly average about 2-5kbps not 26-50 like i do now) my only advice is to find files that have multiple copies then download any (downloading from 10 users will net you a bigger stream than dling from 1
