Check your mastercard statement again, does it say the payment was made to: Lime Wire LLC?

It sounds like the statement did include the LW sales phone number.

It will cost LW company money if they reversed charges for any reason.

Why the payment was refused not sure. One of my bank's CC is sometimes problematic for accepting some payments. My other bank's CC always works no matter where it's used, including overseas transactions.
