Well, I've had some experience with this type of problem with netbooks (although vicariously).

Your only solution is to reformat your netbook (possibly two or three times to make sure the malware has been totally eliminated) and reinstall all your applications.

PS. I've just seen Blackhorse 70V's reply, I would suggest that you try his solution first.
