What are the file extensions that you're trying to play?

Are you trying to play files using LW's player & if so, have you tried to play files using other players??

If not, try VLC. Click on the blue link below for a link to download VLC player... it's free & has codecs installed to play most file types. Usually, if VLC can't play a file then the file is bad
