Is it still desired for people to run this? Is it useful if your IP is only semi-static? As in, it hasn't changed in like 4 or 5 months, but it could do so every once in a while?

If so, am I suposed to post the IP anywhere to get included on a list, or hasn't it gotten to that stage yet?

(Where do I get more info on this thing, couldn't find anything but the dl page on limewire.com)
