 OK, thx... I asked this for two main reasons: 1. because I am filling-in some informations about G2 tech providers on wikipedia 2. because Gnucleus 2.2.0.0 is one of the few clients other than Shareaza having certain market-share on this network...

I downloaded the R4 code from CVS and built in visual studio 2003. First gnucleus trying to update itself, output is "evolving in 15 sec". I need to cancel this operation otherwise it fails with assert. Then Gnucleus shows dialog like it is trying to connect but actually it does not (no packets in witreshark). Help->About shows Gnucleus Version 2.0.3.1 GnucDNA version 1.2.0.0 Any hint whether it is latest version and why it does not run? Regards Moshiko |
