Unfortunately the GWC at 4octets is very very old and it do NOT store User-Agent so we can't be sure, it is probably a mod.
Recent versions of my GWC differentiate original LW from mods also for blocking.

If possible can you connect to that IP and tell me the User-Agent?

The last one I connected to was yesterday whilst using WS. (I'm using Phex presently.)

The only other thing from my manually noted connection log that shows up as 5.1.2 is from 25 June (USA ip) morph500 5.1.2.912 (GnucDNA 1.1.1.4) whilst using Phex. I don't have any record of the LW 5.1.2 connecting to Phex.
But WS & all other Lime based programs will try to connect to a certain number (%) of ultrapeers that are identified as Lime.

I have recently seen Addax/5.2.0 and LimeWire Music/3.8.0

If you have seen previously LimeWire 5.2.0 in GWCs it was probably Addax (in Skulls 0.3.2 it is correctly detected as mod).
LimeWire Music is not recognized also in the latest version (currently displayed as LimeWire 3.8.0) but I have already fixed the problem in SVN so the next version will recognize it as mod.

There is a clone called LimeWireTurbo which shows up on the Phex host file list as Lime. ie: LIME,6,8,
Examples seen this year:

Now more importantly, there is a clone that does not even identify itself properly & I have no idea what program it is. Both Phex & WS connection logs show it as LimeWire. The examples shown below were specific addresses with date of last siting.
