I Paid for pro ver and for some reason you don't have my email on file. I am unable to even email you guys through your site because unless you have the email in the system for the pro ver you wont talk to me. I have copies of my receipts from paypal and I have emailed every god damn address on your site with no reply. I want my money back or I want you to fix this ****. PM me for my email and I will send you the pay pal info.

I ordered it here off the real site...these guys wont list a good email to deal with these kind of problems.

It generally takes anywhere up to 24 hrs before your account is activated. If it takes longer then yes they should get a hurry up message. I do know they don't have large no.'s of support staff but a reminder for them should help! trap_jaw4's email link is the best one to use for your issue.

Paid 3 times/never received Upgrade to Pro
 
I tried 3 times yesterday (August 8, 2006) to upgrade to "limewire pro" and I kept getting an error message saying that my zip code did not match the billing zip code of my charge card. I called my bank to find out why the card would not work and they said the the charge of $18.88 was applied to my account 3 times.....however I never received the pro version and now my account has been charge a lot more than it should have been. Also, the system does not recognize my email address and says that I am not in the system. I cannot receive technical support because I haven't upgraded to the pro version. Please advise....I would very much like to upgrade to "Limewire Pro", but at a charge of only $18.88, not $56.64. PLEASE ADVISE!

Hello,

On November 20 th I tried to upgrade my Limewire Beta to Limewire pro from your official site.
I filled up the payment form and executed the transaction but got a transaction declined notification. Thinking that I had filled the form incorrectly I proceeded with the transaction for a second time but got the same transaction declined notification. Subsequently I checked with my bank to be advised that both transactions had been processed as per details below:
Approval # 279484 Bangladesh Time 14:20 November 20
Approval # 288601 Bangladesh Time 14:47 November 20

Card: Mastercard
Name: Mohammed Waquer Hossain

Note: I am not seeking a refund but I would like to be able to download Limewire Pro on two laptops. Please advise how I can proceed to do so.
