I am pretty profficient in Qbasic, and have gotten as far as hello world in VB and C... I understand a lot of the core concepts of programming languages, but I'm not very good at object orientation yet. As for designing a P2P client, I'd need to know a lot about network protocalls and TCP/IP stacks, and that I just can't help with. Not to say that I wouldn't like to see the source, as I'm sure I could learn a lot from it, but I don't think I could contribute too much, and certainly shouldn't be assigned a programming position on a team. I can, however, test the program on my machines and have a number of versions of windows I could install for testing purposes. You can judge my usefulness in that catagory by looking through my posts on this forum. |
Let's visit our new developer forum (http://www.gnutellaforums.com/forumd...?forumid=42) and learn together. :) |
