P2P private file transfer

I also have a question similar to yours, can Shareaza be used to create something like VPN's (as my router doesn't support Virtual Private Networks), can I use Shareaza to create a dedicated link between me and another one? so he can upload from me exploiting my total bandwidth and without waiting in queues?
If anyone has ever made something like this please help.
