Looking for advice on Shareaza

Hi newbie on this forum,
Been using Shareaza for over a year now with no problems until just recently, got infected by the exe files, I have now uninstalled Shareaza, if I were to install shareaza again will these exe files still be lurking or is there a way to get rid of them? not too clued up on these things

Please help
