Looking for advice on Shareaza

Hi newbie on this forum,
Been using Shareaza for over a year now with no problems until just recently, got infected by the exe files, I have now uninstalled Shareaza, if I were to install shareaza again will these exe files still be lurking or is there a way to get rid of them? not too clued up on these things Please help

Don't instal the prog again until you get your pc cleaned.

Have you been able to scan your PC with an anti-virus prog and was it able to clean/quarantine the bad files?

downloading shareaza from the official website will be clean, there will be no infected files. BUT, you want to make sure your pc is no longer infected so that you don't share the bad file that you downloaded with other people on the network.
