Howdy, your main problem is that you are using a old version of Shareaza, and all of your discovery services are dead. What ever you do, DO NOT DO a check for UPDATE from that old version of Shareaza, it will connect you to the old web site that was taken over by another company!!

If you are using Shareaza 2.2.0.0, that was a version that was hard on the ED2K network and was black listed on there. You need at least 2.2.1.0 if I remember right.
Ok here is what you need to do to fix your discovery services. As Kath said hit F9 to open up your discovery services, what you are going to do is add some good services. Right click in the window and go down to add services, left click on it. A window will open up where you can put in a address and select what type of service it is. First address is
Bazooka GWC (0.3.6 Beta) this is a GWebCache. That will get you connected to G2. The next address is uhc:yang.cloud.bishopston.net:33558 this is a bootstrap service, this will get you connected to G1. last is
http://www.gruk.org/server.met this is a server.met that is a list of the ED2K servers.
Just as soon as you can connect you need to go to
Shareaza Security Centre and get a copy of the latest security file and install it. This should get you up and running.
