Yes, you can. Simply change the incomplete folder path to its new location, close Shareaza, move the files to your new folder and start Shareaza again.

How about if I want to reinstall Shareaza after reformatting my hard drive? What file do I have to copy over to keep the incompleted files history in the GUI and continue downloading where I left off?
