Library: accidently clicked on stop sharing and now I cant see anything I download

how do I re-open my shared folder... I accidently clicked on stop sharing and now I cant see anything I download.

LimeWire users can use the Library Pane->File Menu and choose "Add Folder to Share"

for some reason my new downloaded songs are not going into my sared file. why is that? how do I get my new songs in there?

Ah. Check your Tools(Preferences in OSX)->Options for the name and path of the saved folder. Looks like you need to add that to the library too.

btw--I don't share my downloaded files until I've had a chance to inspect them to make sure they are clean and useful: it's easy to unwittingly share junk or worse.

why cant I get these songs into my library? should I uninstall Limewire and re-install it?

Where are your downloads going? Search your hard drive for the name of a recently downloaded file. That will be inside whatever folder you have set to hold your completed files. If you want to see those files in your library, you'll have to share that folder too.

Only Shared files show in the Library

newly downloaded music. They are not going into my library, for some reason they sit in the downloaded area.
