When the app is open, click About Limewire and see if it recognizes that it is Pro.

It does not... I purchased Pro a few months ago and I was under the impression that upgrades would be included for a period of time. I'm certain that it has been less than six months. The problem started after the last upgrade????

Are you sure that you dld it from the right page?
It seems that if you purchase Pro, you get to dld the new Pro verions through a personal page. You must have dld the Basic version which is free.

Yup. I think for Pro owners, you have to click the link to buy the Pro version and then they will ask f you already have it.
