Nobody tells you what you have to do, its your free choice if you register or not... if you register you can post if not you can only post in some forums... its your choice!

As backman said we discussed this, not only a few minutes we discussed this for some months now...

And its funny that all the people which complain here about this are regular visitors, why don´t you show your support for gnutellaforums and register? I can´t believe the safety thing, because we assured several times that you will NOT get any spam... and registering takes 5 minutes...

Cool it's cool to register in forums like this
Why not? It's easy, and it gives a sense of friendliness and community to what otherwise feels pointlessly anonymous. I just registered after getting some really great advice from this site (from some unknown hero who was unregistered-thanks, masked man!). It seems like the right thing to do.
I value my privacy but I think there's a big difference between obtrusive, manipulative snooping and the kind of community building that goes on at sites like this.

In a nutshell, as they say.
