Seems fine to you... ask the RIAA what they think about it. Why should the copyright owner offer his music for $ 0,99 when other can do it much cheaper? The only answer is that they buy the CDs and offer it illegal on the net. I should also mention that this site is from Russia and there isn´t a strict copyright law, perhaps there it is legal but sure not in the other countries.

And as Peerless said legal sites which want promotion have to pay for it.
