OK im sorry if im posting this in the wrong section but for the Direct IP connection on LImewire4.6.0 my IP is the example. WHy would you do this LImewire? Did i do something wrong to deserve this?

Yeah you had me worried there for a moment. Yes, your ip will display on your LW when you select DC search type. This is to tell you what your ip is & to allow you to tell your friends this is the address they should be searching for when using DC. And likewise vice-versa when you want to direct connect to them.

Actually, putting your own IP and port into the Direct Connect search box is a good way to search for your own files.
