Oops, file is lost again!

I configured XoloX so that incomplete downloads are in folder TEMP and finished downloads are in folder COMP. When a download is finished, it is removed from TEMP but not written in COMP, and definitely lost. XoloX just says that download is finished and sends no error message. It doesn't occur all the time but at least with 50% of the files. How can I fix it?
