Need Help!

I have the latest version installed on my cpu and within 20 seconds of me opening the program it says Xolox has encontered a problem and needs to close and in the error box it says

Exception EWriteError in "SocketDataAvailable"

question for you,

Did you uninstall the prior version befor installing 1.20?

if not thats where part of the problem lies. there came a point where It happend to me also. what I had to do was reinstall a prior version and then uninstall it. then after that and deleating all files from my xolox folder (or transfering them to a other folder for keeping) I installed 1.20 and am not haveing any problems now.

so for others out there. does anyone have copies of the older versions of xolox(1.18, 1.19 ) on some site? or know of a site that does?

yeah i never had a previous version just this one please i really need help~!!!!
