searching problem

hi, i'm quite new here but i got the 1.22 xolox windows.
and i have a problem with searching for files.
whatever i typed in, or whatever category, it would never give me any results.
just stays blank.
any help?

Could you give more informatiom? Does it say "Working Offline" or "Connecting ot the Gnutella Network"? Do you have a firewall?

yes i'm using firewall but i've enabled it already.
nothing happen actually . no error. just stays blank.
how do you know it's connected or not?

oh ....maybe it's not connected yet.
'cause at the bottom, it says working offline.
how do you connect?

Make sure you are using V1.22 build 263. 260 has some connection issues related to what you are describing.

but i mean, when you open up the xolox, does it automatically connect? or you have to connect manually?

Xolox normally connects autometically. However if the "working offline" option is selected in the file menu then Xolox will not connect.

do i need to log on to somewhere ??

Xolox does not have any sort of login. The only loging in that needs to be done it to connect to you ISP, because Xolox needs the internet to be connected.

I have the same problem except it was fine yesterday but now - nothing
