Freezing Problems
I have a broadband connection, and just downloaded the new host text file, yet i can not connect. IT always stops at 6 hosts left to try, or it says the network is ok, but once i start a serach, it goes through another 400 plus hosts, but ends up never connecting, even after hours of waiting! HELKP

Try going to your preferences and entering public.bearshare.net with port 6436 into the 'connect to host' box.
