uploading

I find that whenever I'm connected with XoloX, and nobody is u/l'ing from me, there is uploading going on. I have zone alarm pro. And the indicator bar shows the red going like crazy, evin if I'm not d/l'ing and nobody is u/l'ing. But then when I exit the prog, the u/l stops. Any feedback?
