Downloadspeed/Busy

I`ve got 3 active download sources with a dlspeed of 14kb ,suddenly the speed falls down and then i`ve got 0kb with 3 busy sources, this happens at a 4mb File 3-4 Times per Download. Can´t Xolox hold the Connection? I mean if i loose 1 or 2 Connections i could think that the other user turns his Connetion out, but 3(!!) at one Time can´t by Normal.
